 At times, we get cold when we are in the water.  It can be an indoor or outdoor pool but there are things we can wear to make us warm.  First off, wearing cotton keeps us cold so don't wear T-shirts or some kind of cotton leggings.  Spandex, nylon, or Neoprene work the best.  Neoprene is the best to wear when you are really cold.   Neoprene comes in 1.5mm, 2mm, or even 3mm.  I have a rash guard with a 3/4 zipper that I wear when it starts to get cold.  When it gets really cold I have the 2mm neoprene.  A friend likes to wear a rash guard with a neoprene vest.  We all have a different temperature set some run cold and some run hot.  Here are suggestions that you can wear so you can keep working out in the winter.  This is one of my granddaughter's favorite sides.  One likes vegetables and the other one likes rice.  They both love this.                                                                                                                              Cauliflower rice from a recipe on this blog or buy frozen cauliflower rice. 2 Tablespoons cream cheese 1 or 2 handfuls of grated fiesta cheese 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 pepper Splash of milk (we use almond milk) Stir all together and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium-low with a lid.  Now it is ready to eat.

 We all need a good hat to keep the sun off of us.  I love the wide brim, it is waterproof and has the SPF 50.  My last hat was a bucket hat and I missed the wide brim hat to keep the sun off.   The brim is wide and keeps the sun off.    With this hat, it fits a large head.  I can add my hair bun all the way into the hat.  Most hats are not big enough for all of my hair.  I can't get a picture so click below so you can see this hat.
