Water Aerobics exercise videos
Many have asked what exercises do I do when I am not teaching. My friend and I have found several different YouTube videos that we like to rotate into our routine. We like to rotate to give our bodies a different feel. We have several different classes on YouTube but this blog is about Stacy from Fitt with Stacy. Here is her channel on You Tube:

This is a deep water workout with a noodle. It get different muscles due to being in the deep. A noodle helps target the arms and we do unique exercises being in the deep. Here is where you can find details about noodle on my website about noodles.
I also like this video with weights called Cardio Blast. It is a great shallow water workout to work out every muscle in your body. My heart gets pumping so my heart rate increases. For this video you will need weights. Depending on your level of exercise determines how heavy your weights should be. You can go to my Website Weights page to find out about the different weights.
