Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside. 3. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten cookies with the bottom of a glass. 4. Bake at 375 F for 8 to 9 minutes until set. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheets. Remove to cooling racks.
