Snickerdoodle Cookies



3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet
2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended.  Shape dough into 1-inch balls.  Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.  Flatten cookies with the bottom of a glass.
4.  Bake at 375 F for 8 to 9 minutes until set. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheets.  Remove to cooling racks.

Sheet pan chicken. Yum.

 I found this recipe and just love it.  The first time I did it exactly like the recipe and we loved it.  The second time I was on the phone and forgot to season the chicken but poured the sauce over the vegetables and chicken and it was great.  Yes, I said vegetables.  I started making this and had no potatoes which hardly ever happens.  I used cauliflower and carrots and put that honey sauce on them with the chicken.  Yum.  I also decided to double the sauce and then did not have that much honey and used 1/2 cup honey with double the rest and yum.
