Water Aerobics Stretching 15 minutes

 A good stretch is really good after a workout.  Many videos have a stretch afterwards but it is short most of the time and this one is a good 15 minutes.  I usually do this stretch standing in shallow water but lately I have added sitting on the noodle between my legs in the deep a few times a week. When I do it in the deep it gives a different stretch that I love.  So, I recommend doing this stretch in shallow and deep and just rotate it.
