Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

This is my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe right now.  I don't put as many chocolate chips as the recipe calls for.  It would be yummy that way but I don't need it.  I just eyeball the amount that I need and then follow the rest of the recipe. Best Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter shortening  2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 12 oz chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2.  Cream shortening and sugars together  until well blended 3.  Add eggs and vanilla and mix well 4. In a separate bowl combine flour baking soda and salt 5.  Mix with a spoon and then add the shortening mixture  and mix until well blended. 6.  Add in the chocolate chip and mix. 7.  Place about a tablespoon of cookie dough on the cookie sheet. 8. Bake for over 7-9 minutes 9. Cool on a wire rack.  

Sheet pan chicken. Yum.

 I found this recipe and just love it.  The first time I did it exactly like the recipe and we loved it.  The second time I was on the phone and forgot to season the chicken but poured the sauce over the vegetables and chicken and it was great.  Yes, I said vegetables.  I started making this and had no potatoes which hardly ever happens.  I used cauliflower and carrots and put that honey sauce on them with the chicken.  Yum.  I also decided to double the sauce and then did not have that much honey and used 1/2 cup honey with double the rest and yum.

 This 3 videos are also amazing.  One works a lot of legs, one does more arms, one does inner thigh and all of them work the core. Water Aerobics Stretching 15 minutes

 A good stretch is really good after a workout.  Many videos have a stretch afterwards but it is short most of the time and this one is a good 15 minutes.  I usually do this stretch standing in shallow water but lately I have added sitting on the noodle between my legs in the deep a few times a week. When I do it in the deep it gives a different stretch that I love.  So, I recommend doing this stretch in shallow and deep and just rotate it.

Aqua Aerobics You Tube Videos that I love Part 2

 Here is a water aerobic videos that I also love.  I rotate through all of these for a really good workout with doing one or two a day. This one it is recommended to wear a belt and gloves so I like this set so it has weights, gloves, and the belt.  I didn't notice the instructor using gloves until a few times I did this workout.  The gloves give you a better arm and back workout.  This workout can be done in shallow or deep water.  I do the first half shallow and then I move deep.

 Many have asked what exercises do I do when I am not teaching.  My friend and I have found several different YouTube videos that we like to rotate into our routine.  We like to rotate to give our bodies a different feel.  We have several different classes on YouTube but this blog is about Stacy from Fitt with Stacy.  Here is her channel on You Tube:  https://www.youtube.com/c/FIITwithStacy/videos She has land and water videos but I do the water videos and here are some of my favorite: This is a deep water workout with a noodle.  It get different muscles due to being in the deep.  A noodle helps target the arms and we do unique exercises being in the deep.
